SecureVideo is a cloud-based telehealth platform for healthcare providers, behavioral health practices, medical practices, and hospital systems. It supports scheduled and on-demand sessions through Zoom or a browser-based One-Click video engine. Healthcare workflows include virtual waiting rooms, clinical chat, secure file transfer, e-documents with templates and e-signatures, session notes, reminders, attendance tracking, and EHR or practice-management integrations. Group sessions support up to 300 participants, while the service is available on web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.

The published plans cover different operational needs. The Free 14-Day Trial includes unlimited on-demand or scheduled sessions, a Business Associate Agreement for HIPAA compliance, group sessions, a virtual waiting room, and session notes. Essential/Value includes eight sessions plus secure video, scheduling, document sharing, and EHR integrations. Unlimited adds unlimited sessions, customizable branding, masked calling, a virtual clinic, customizable e-documents, and credit card payment acceptance. Enterprise adds dedicated account management, configuration reporting, administrator orientation, group training, and API access.

SecureVideo fits organizations that need more than video meetings, particularly practices coordinating scheduled care and managing patient-facing documents, reminders, and records. Its security-oriented feature set includes HIPAA-focused controls, role-based access, audit logs, API-based External ID SSO, and optional HIPAA-compliant cloud recording. The main trade-offs are the paid-only model, the eight-session limit on Essential/Value, and the separate cost for cloud recording on higher tiers. Smaller teams with simple video-call needs may prefer a less specialized conferencing product, while healthcare organizations needing telehealth workflows, integrations, and administrative controls should find SecureVideo a closer fit.
