Our verdict on ScrumDesk
ScrumDesk is an online Scrum and Kanban project management tool for agile teams. It combines hierarchical product backlogs, sprint planning, capacity indicators, Scrum and Kanban boards, reporting, retrospectives, roadmaps and OKR-related modules. Teams can organize epics, themes, releases, user stories, tasks and sprint goals in one workspace. Its feature set suits small Scrum teams that want structured retrospectives and roadmap visibility, while also accommodating larger organizations through paid plans and broader deployment choices.
Pricing follows a freemium model. The Free plan costs $0 per user per month and is always free for teams of up to four users, with all features and no limits. The Start plan costs $9 per user per month, with the first four users free and a 20% discount for annual payment. Professional costs $18 per user per month, also keeps the first four users free, includes all features with no limits, and offers the same annual discount. A 30-day free trial is available without a card requirement. Paid prices apply from the fifth user, making the free tier practical for very small teams and the paid editions more relevant as membership grows.
