SchoolManage brings student, parent and teacher profiles, scheduling, payment tracking, reporting and online classrooms into a cloud-based platform for educational centers. Language schools, tutoring centers, IT academies and training providers are its stated audience. Teachers can report lessons and attendance, while students and parents can view dashboards with schedules, grades, balances and notes. It is available on web, Android and iOS, making it a fit for small schools that need coordination and payment visibility more than a broad set of school-administration tools.
Scheduling and day-to-day administration are the clearest strengths. The system validates conflicts involving teachers and rooms, and its reporting covers attendance, teacher lessons and payroll generation. Automated notifications can go to clients, teachers and administrators. Online classrooms are included in each plan, with the number varying by tier.
