Sched is an event management platform for conferences, conventions, festivals, seminars, professional-development programs, and other organized events. It brings together event websites, session scheduling, registration forms, ticketing, attendee communications, personalized agendas, check-in, feedback, reporting, and virtual-event access. Organizers can support in-person, virtual, and hybrid programs across web, iOS, Android, and API environments. It is a strong fit for schedule-led events where session discovery, reservations, and attendee agenda management are central to the experience.

Its ecosystem supports common registration, payment, communication, and video workflows. Eventbrite integration supports ticket synchronization, while Stripe covers payments. Organizers can connect virtual programming through Zoom, YouTube, Webex, Google Meet, Twitch, and Vimeo, with Slack and Discord also available for community communication. The platform supports QR-code and manual check-in, email announcements and reminders, session feedback, and reporting. These capabilities make Sched suitable for programs that need one operational layer across schedules, attendance, communications, and online sessions rather than a tool focused only on registration.

Sched uses three paid plans. Engage includes an event site, embeddable schedule, custom agendas, email announcements, email reminders, and session feedback. Reserve adds ticket-based rules through Eventbrite, capacities and waitlists, printed attendance lists, and a check-in app. Native adds branded native apps for iOS and Android, plus offline support. This structure makes Engage a fit for schedule publishing and communications, while Reserve suits events with capacity controls and onsite attendance workflows. Native is the appropriate choice when branded mobile delivery and offline access matter. Organizations seeking a free starting point or a narrower tool dedicated primarily to exhibitor management should look elsewhere.
