Our verdict on ScanRaise

ScanRaise is cloud-based fundraising software for PTAs, PTOs, schools, teams, bands, clubs, and booster groups. Organizers create campaigns, add or import participant rosters, and give each participant a personalized fundraising page. Printable QR cards and shareable links let donors contribute from a phone browser without creating a ScanRaise account or installing an app. Donations are attributed to participants in the dashboard, while campaign and participant reports can be exported as CSV files. This setup fits schools that want a straightforward way to connect offline activities with online giving.

Standard fundraising supports unlimited campaigns and fundraisers without a setup fee, monthly fee, or contract. The published standard fee is 2.5% per donation, and Stripe payment processing is separate. ScanRaise also publishes Political Free at $0 per month, Political Plus at $99 per campaign per month, and Political Pro at $299 per campaign per month; those tiers add canvasser, voter-file, turf, dispatch, and FEC reporting functions for political work rather than school campaigns. For school administrators, the standard model is therefore the relevant plan structure: no subscription commitment, with costs tied to donations and payment processing.

The feature set extends beyond basic donation pages.
