ScanMind is an iPhone document scanner and organizer for paper documents, receipts, invoices, labels, and other records. It captures pages with the camera or imports documents, preserves originals, and uses on-device OCR for English and Simplified Chinese. Its standout feature is structured field extraction with editable review, making it suited to people who want more than image or PDF capture. Multi-page scanning includes crop, rotate, reorder, and delete tools, while folders, smart views, archive, and Recently Deleted support ongoing organization.
The free plan includes core scanning, on-device OCR, original access, title search, watermark-free PDF export, and five automatic organization runs per calendar month. Pro Lifetime costs US$12.99 as a one-time purchase and adds unlimited automatic organization, full-text search and filters, smart views, reports, projects and tags, and batch import. That pricing makes ScanMind straightforward for individual iPhone users who want its deeper organization features without a recurring subscription.
