Our verdict on ScanFactor
ScanFactor is browser-based software for in-person career fairs, serving event hosts, recruiters, exhibitors, students, and other attendees. Attendees create digital profiles with resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and portfolio links, then share them through personalized QR codes. Recruiters scan those codes to gather candidate information, review profiles, favorite candidates, add notes, filter attendees, and export interaction data. Hosts get event management and check-in tools, customizable attendee profile settings, and career fair analytics. It fits organizations that want a focused digital layer for face-to-face recruiting events without requiring attendees to install a mobile app.
