Scalingo is a managed Platform as a Service for developers and technical teams deploying web applications and APIs. It builds applications with buildpacks, runs them in containers, and provides deployment automation, scaling, databases, private networking, review apps, logs, metrics and TLS. Its European infrastructure makes it a fit for teams seeking managed PaaS foundations, rather than a platform centered on a broad integration catalog or a free tier.

Pricing is paid, with a 30-day free trial and no free plan. According to the published plans, S costs €7.20 per container per month for 256 MB RAM and low CPU priority; M is €14.40 for 512 MB RAM, and L is €28.80 for 1 GB RAM, both with standard CPU priority. XL costs €57.60 for 2 GB RAM, 2XL is €115.20 for 4 GB, and 3XL is €230.40 for 8 GB; these tiers have high CPU priority. All prices are per container per month, exclude VAT, and are estimated on a 30-day basis. The tiers make resource steps clear, but teams should account for container count when estimating spend.

The platform's operational feature set covers horizontal and vertical scaling, metric-based autoscaling, managed databases, project-scoped private networks, automatic TLS certificates, and application logs and performance metrics. Review apps for pull and merge requests support preview workflows, while a CLI and API provide automation. Integrations listed are GitHub and GitLab, so teams dependent on a wider set of named integrations may prefer a different fit. Scalingo offers standard and SecNumCloud regions; the latter is restricted and available upon request. Choose it for managed deployment and core operations on European infrastructure, but look elsewhere if a free plan or broader listed integrations are central requirements.
