Our verdict on Saucee
Saucee is a digital closet and outfit-planning app for people who want to catalog clothes they own and build looks around them. Garments can be added by photo, camera, image upload, or manual entry; suggestions can be shaped by occasion, weather, color, and style. Capsule wardrobe building, saved outfits, calendar planning, wardrobe-use tracking, cost-per-wear, and gap analysis extend it beyond a simple outfit generator. A text or voice style assistant and shopping capture through a Chrome extension round out the feature set. It is available on web, iOS, and Android, with a browser extension for shopping capture.
The free plan includes core wardrobe and outfit features, capsule mode, and shopping tools, but limits suggestions to one outfit per day and planning to one week. Pro costs $4.99 per month and adds weather and Style Jack creation tabs plus full calendar access; its published plan includes a 7-day free trial. Unlimited costs $9.99 per month and adds unlimited closet items, saved outfits, calendar use, and style assistant chats, as well as three shippable outfits per week. This gives casual planners a free starting point, while the paid tiers are aimed at people who want broader planning access or fewer limits on wardrobe and assistant use.
Saucee's main strength is the connection between closet cataloging and practical planning: outfit suggestions can account for weather and occasions, while color harmony and wardrobe-use insights help users evaluate what they own. The combination of mobile apps, web access, and shopping capture supports use across wardrobe planning and browsing. Its focus is personal styling rather than a broader fashion-shopping or wardrobe-management system, and the Free tier's daily suggestion and planning limits may feel restrictive for frequent outfit planners. Choose Saucee if you want a cross-platform closet assistant with capsule and calendar tools; consider an alternative if you need more generous access without a paid plan or a different scope of fashion tools.
