Saneops is an AIOps platform for DevOps and SRE teams that ingests alerts through webhooks, groups related alerts into incidents, filters duplicate and known-noise alerts, and routes incidents through configurable workflows. Its alert correlation uses time windows and label similarity; a visual builder supports workflow configuration. Teams that want to keep alert data within their own infrastructure can deploy it with Docker. The product is in an open/closed beta phase, so it is best suited to teams evaluating alert handling rather than buyers needing settled long-term terms.

Alert processing is its central strength. Content-hash deduplication and CEL-based drop rules address duplicate and known-noise events, while LLM-generated root-cause analysis can draft incident context. An encrypted secrets vault is also included. The listed integrations span Grafana, Datadog, Prometheus, PagerDuty, Opsgenie, Zenduty, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and generic webhooks. For AI analysis, Saneops lists Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and Ollama. This combination suits teams bringing monitoring and incident response tools together; it is less compelling if the main requirement is a product with a clearly established paid plan.

According to the vendor's site, cloud access is free during the 60-day beta, and the free tier is presented with a 1,000-alert monthly allowance. The vendor says post-beta pricing is still being finalized, and the allowance's long-term availability is not explicitly documented. Those terms make the free offering useful for an evaluation, but teams planning ongoing operations should account for the unresolved pricing and allowance. Choose Saneops if free access, alert correlation, and a self-hosted deployment fit current needs; consider alternatives if predictable post-beta costs are essential.
