Saloning is browser-based salon management software for salons, barbershops, beauty studios, nail bars and medi-spas in India. It brings appointment calendars, stylist and chair scheduling, public booking pages, walk-in management, GST-ready billing, customer records, memberships, inventory, attendance, leave tracking and payroll into one service. Its payroll workflow includes commissions, bonuses, advances and deductions, making it particularly relevant for salons that need staff compensation tied to service activity. Role-based access, selfie and geofence attendance, and multi-branch reporting extend its operational coverage.

Pricing follows four monthly plans. Basic costs INR 999 per month and includes GST-ready billing, a services catalogue, walk-in management, payment handling for cash, UPI and cards, basic reports and email support. Pro costs INR 2099 per month and adds online booking, chair management, packages, memberships, inventory alerts, attendance, leave, basic payroll and incentives, along with priority chat support. Premium costs INR 2499 per month and adds unlimited staff and customers, unlimited appointments, WhatsApp invoice and PDF sharing, a multi-branch dashboard, advanced payroll, incentives and analytics, API access and webhooks. Ultra costs INR 8999 per month and includes five branches, unlimited additional branches, consolidated P&L, advanced permissions, and dedicated onboarding with WhatsApp and phone support.

The strongest fit is a growing Indian salon that wants payroll and commission administration alongside daily front-desk operations. The product also supports inventory, suppliers, stock transfers, wallets and external booking workflows through its API. A 14-day free trial provides an evaluation window, while the published plans show web and API access and mention mobile apps for Pro and above. Saloning is less suitable for a business seeking a free tier, or for teams whose main requirement is a broad integration ecosystem beyond the API and webhooks offered on Premium and above.
