SalonBridge review
A practical booking and operations toolkit, with employee limits on lower plans.

SalonBridge is web-based salon and spa management software for appointment scheduling, online booking, and day-to-day business tasks. It suits independent operators and small salons that want client records, reminders, payment processing, inventory, and reporting alongside their appointment calendar. Online bookings can add appointments to the calendar, and businesses can set availability, deposits, and cancellation policies. Its scope is broader than a booking calendar, so it may appeal to salons looking to keep several operating tasks within one service.
According to the vendor's pricing page, paid plans are billed monthly: Starter costs $19 for 1 employee; Basic costs $39 for up to 2 employees; Standard costs $59 for up to 6 employees; and Premium costs $89 for unlimited employees. All four plans include unlimited appointments and online bookings. Starter highlights client records, inventory management, and reports; Basic, Standard, and Premium highlight credit-card processing and 3rd-party integrations. Those upper plans include 150, 300, and 500 free SMSs monthly, respectively. A 14-day trial is available. The employee limits make Starter a fit for a solo operator, while salons with larger teams will need a higher tier.
SalonBridge also covers invoices, online payments and booking deposits, point-of-sale functions, and reports for sales, clients, services, and commissions. Staff permissions and calendar access controls support managing access across a team. Integrations include PayPal, Zapier, Google Calendar, Xero Accounting, and Google Analytics; the vendor describes Google Calendar appointment creation through Zapier, rather than native two-way syncing. The service is web-only, which may not suit a salon seeking a native desktop or mobile platform. Choose SalonBridge if web-based scheduling plus salon operations are the priority; consider alternatives if native calendar syncing or another platform is essential.
