A Salesforce-centered OMS for complex omnichannel order operations.

Salesforce Order Management is a cloud order-management product for merchants and service teams managing orders across web storefronts, physical stores, marketplaces, mobile apps, and Salesforce commerce channels. It centralizes order capture, fulfillment, shipping, payment processing, invoicing, and post-purchase service. The product also supports returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, discounts, and reshipments, making it suited to large Salesforce-centered omnichannel retailers that need one operational view across commerce and service workflows.
The published plans are Order Visibility and Growth, and both use contact-sales pricing. Order Visibility includes order visibility, Service Cloud integration, B2C and B2B Commerce preintegration, and international localization features. Growth adds distributed order management, omnichannel inventory for up to 500 locations, order orchestration, and AI-powered return insights. Salesforce does not present a free plan in the published offering. Some capabilities, including Omnichannel Inventory, payment processing, POS, and certain routing functions, may require additional products, configuration, licenses, or integrations, so buyers should map the desired operating model to the required Salesforce components.
Its strongest fit is a connected Salesforce ecosystem: integrations include B2C, B2B, and D2C Commerce, Service Cloud, Omnichannel Inventory, Salesforce Flow, Salesforce Payments, Point of Sale, external payment gateways, shipping carriers, WMS, and ERP systems. Fulfillment workflows cover allocation, assignment, picking, packing, and shipment, while delivery estimates can use inventory, sourcing locations, processing times, and carrier transit times. APIs extend connectivity to external systems, and the Order Management Console brings fulfillment, payment, invoice, credit memo, account, and reporting records together. Retailers seeking Salesforce-based orchestration across many channels should consider it; smaller teams or businesses outside that ecosystem may prefer a narrower order tool.
