Our verdict on SaachiHRMS
SaachiHRMS is a cloud HRMS from CelloIP Technologies for Indian small and mid-market businesses. It brings payroll automation, statutory deductions, leave and shift management, attendance, recruitment, performance reviews, employee self-service and HR analytics into one system. Employees can apply for leave, view payslips and mark attendance through the mobile experience, while HR teams can manage employee records, compliance reports, exits and full-and-final settlements.
Pricing follows a freemium model. The Starter plan is free forever for up to 10 employees and includes leave and shift management, automated payroll calculations, statutory deductions, an employee self-service portal and standard email support. Growth costs ₹49 per user per month when billed monthly, or ₹44.10 per user per month when billed annually. It adds performance management and OKRs, recruitment and applicant tracking, expense claims, advanced analytics, API access and custom integrations. The product is available on web, Android and API, with cloud and mobile deployment and no card required for the free plan.
Its ecosystem fit is a notable strength for Indian operations. SaachiHRMS integrates with Tally ERP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books and Busy, along with biometric systems from ZKTeco, eSSL, Mantra, Matrix and Suprema.
