Rulex Platform is a no-code decision intelligence and data-management suite for business users, data teams and organizations managing complex decisions. Rulex Factory handles data preparation, machine learning, optimization, business rules and scenario simulation; Rulex Studio adds interactive dashboards; and Rulex Designer supports reusable components. The platform is available for Windows, macOS, Linux and API-based deployments, with both desktop and cloud options.

Published pricing starts with Factory Lite at €95 per month or €995 per year. This tier includes desktop installation, data limited to 10 million cells, machine-learning algorithms, MILP optimization, rule-based control and a Python/R bridge. Factory Personal costs €540 per month or €5,900 per year and adds unlimited data, parallel computation, advanced resource management, modules and a customer support portal; a 30-day trial is available for this plan. Factory Enterprise adds cloud deployment, workgroup functionality, versioning, flow scheduling, REST API access and data encryption. Studio Personal is €1,300 per year, with 50-plus drag-and-drop widgets, data entry, Factory Personal integration, branding and ticketing support. Studio Enterprise Developer integrates with Factory Enterprise and provides dashboard and UI building, teamwork capabilities and shareable views.

Integration breadth suits teams combining operational data with decision models. Rulex connects with Amazon S3, Microsoft SharePoint, Google Drive, Microsoft Outlook, Hadoop HDFS, Azure Blob Storage, SFTP, SQL databases, Python and R. Explainable AI, transparent if-then rules, what-if scenarios and optimized action plans support auditable decision processes, while workflow scheduling, alerting and reusable templates extend models into operations. Teams needing a low-cost desktop starting point should consider Factory Lite; organizations requiring unlimited data or parallel computation should look at Factory Personal. Those needing cloud workgroups, versioning or API-led deployment should choose Factory Enterprise rather than the entry tier.
