Roscom Osprey TCG generates independent subscriber-like test events on live telecom networks and checks the resulting CDRs against expected tariff, bundle and billing outcomes. Revenue-assurance, service-assurance and fraud teams at mobile operators and other communications providers are its intended audience. Its scope is telecom-specific: it tests voice, SMS, MMS, USSD and mobile data, with network scenarios spanning 5G, 4G, 3G and 2G, including VoNR. Operators looking for network-level assurance rather than a general finance or billing platform will find the clearest fit.
The testing workflow reaches beyond call generation. Osprey compares CDRs end to end and runs its own tariff, rating, bundle and billing engine to check metering, rounding, promotions, resets, rollovers and expiry. Roaming and international route scenarios, along with bypass-fraud test traffic, extend coverage to areas that can involve complex charges or usage records.
