Rocketlane is a service delivery platform for customer onboarding, implementation, and professional services teams. Its customer portal combines branded pages and project views with forms, file sharing, task collaboration, comments, approvals, dependencies, and automated updates. Internal teams also get project plans, time tracking, templates, workflow automations, reporting, resource management, and AI agents for service delivery operations. Customers can log in through a magic link, complete or edit forms, access shared documents, and follow project progress.
Pricing is organized around team-member access. Standard costs $49 USD per team member per month with annual billing and includes unlimited projects, unlimited customer members, branded customer portals, customer approvals and collaboration, and forms. Premium costs $69 USD per team member per month with annual billing and adds resource planning and capacity management, project budgeting and tracking, and financial management. Enterprise uses custom pricing and adds role-based access controls, SAML, and multi-language product translations.
