Customers can submit feedback through a roadmap, widget, email, Slack, Intercom, or API, while users can upvote, follow, and comment on ideas and stories. The product is positioned for startups, SaaS companies, enterprises, agencies, financial institutions, e-commerce businesses, and online communities.
Pricing is organized into three monthly plans, all charged per editor. Starter costs $19 per editor per month and includes feedback collection, backlog prioritization, roadmap creation, flexible branding, and integrations with Trello, GitHub, Intercom, Slack, Email, Zapier, and a browser extension.
