The strongest fit is a team that wants a customer-facing roadmap connected to its feedback process, with control over branding and multiple publishing options. Roadmap can embed roadmaps using its UI editor or custom CSS, and its public and private views support different audiences. Its integration coverage also gives teams several ways to connect product feedback with project management, support, communication, and CRM workflows. However, prioritization remains basic, and the product does not include AI features.
