RMail is a business email security service from RPost that adds encryption, certified delivery proof, tracking, secure file sharing, e-signatures, and compliance controls to existing email workflows. It is designed for organizations that need auditable handling of sensitive communications rather than a replacement inbox. The service supports web access, Windows, macOS, a Chrome extension, API access, and self-hosted deployments, with integrations for Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365, Gmail, Google Chrome, Zimbra, Salesforce, Zapier, and RMail Gateway.
RMail uses a freemium model with a free plan and several named tiers. RMail Personal includes Certified Email, Email Encryption, and Advanced Email Tracking. RMail Standard adds Large File Share, eSignatures, and a Lookalike Domain Detector. RMail Business adds Certified Privacy Compliance, Security Breach Locator, ViewProof, and Apps. RMail Enterprise adds Email Eavesdropping Alerts, Custom Integrations, SSO, and a Cloud Email Security Gateway. The published capabilities make the higher tiers relevant to teams with stricter policy, identity, integration, and gateway requirements.
The strongest case for RMail is message-level control across established email systems. Policy-based automatic encryption, content rules, DLP, content filtering, threat protection, REST API access, SMTP routing, and Registered Receipt certified delivery support regulated or privacy-sensitive workflows. Encrypted replies can include attachments up to 200 MB, while secure large-file sharing supports files up to 1 GB. Organizations seeking a conventional hosted mailbox, mailbox aliases, mailbox storage, native iOS or Android apps, or a private calendar should choose a mailbox-focused service instead. RMail is better suited to businesses adding security and proof to existing communications.
