Our verdict on Rivyo

Rivyo is a Shopify app for collecting, importing, managing, and displaying product and store reviews. It suits small Shopify merchants that want a low-cost starting point with automated post-purchase requests, review widgets, Q&A, moderation, Google rich snippets, and support for photo and video reviews. Review imports from CSV, Amazon, AliExpress, Etsy, and other apps can help stores bring existing customer feedback into one system.

Pricing is structured for gradual expansion. The free Indie plan includes unlimited product reviews, unlimited CSV review imports, automated review requests, review replies, Google rich snippets, and collection from up to 100 orders per month. Starter costs $9 per month and raises collection to 500 orders, while adding unlimited photo reviews, unlimited Q&A, store reviews, reminder emails, and review booster campaigns. Business costs $14 per month, supports up to 1,000 orders, and adds rewards, coupons, product grouping, Google Shopping integration, advanced moderation, and QR-code collection. Enterprise costs $19 per month and adds unlimited orders and emails, unlimited video reviews, AI review features, headless and API integration, Shopify Plus checkout reviews, and all integrations.

The strongest fit is a Shopify store that wants review collection, display, imports, and merchandising tools without starting with a paid plan. Rivyo connects with Shopify Flow, Shopify POS, Klaviyo, Slack, page-building tools, subscription platforms, Amazon, and AliExpress, giving merchants several ways to fit review activity into existing workflows.
