Richpanel review
Commerce-aware support with order self-service, omnichannel inboxes and AI agents.

Richpanel is a cloud help desk built for ecommerce support teams. It combines a shared inbox for email, chat, social, SMS, WhatsApp and phone with customer, order and subscription context. Teams can manage conversations with assignment rules, round-robin routing, macros, saved views, internal notes and custom fields. Its audience is ecommerce brands that need support workflows connected to order activity rather than a general-purpose ticketing workspace.
Pricing is straightforward but expensive for smaller teams. The Helpdesk Seats plan costs $99 per seat per month and includes the unified inbox, routing rules, reporting, workflow tools and customer, order and subscription context. AI Agents are priced separately at $0.20 per AI-handled conversation and add end-to-end conversation resolution, policy-based escalation, agent Copilot and quality review of closed conversations. The published plans also show email, chat, social, SMS and WhatsApp support for AI-handled conversations. Annual billing saves 17%, while the Self-Service Portal is included without an add-on fee.
Richpanel’s strongest fit is its commerce-specific depth. Customers can access order tracking, returns, exchanges and cancellations through a self-service portal, while teams can use a branded help center, FAQ knowledge base, SLA targets and breach tracking. Integrations include Shopify, Recharge, Loop Returns, Yotpo, Klaviyo, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon, HubSpot and several phone and social tools, with API endpoints for custom development. Choose Richpanel when order-aware support and ecommerce workflows justify the seat price. Teams seeking a lower-cost help desk or a general support system without this commerce focus should consider alternatives.
