Our verdict on RevOptima
RevOptima is a collection of browser-based calculators and simulators for pricing work. It is aimed at people making pricing decisions in ecommerce, retail, SaaS, marketplaces, and services, with company-size fit spanning solo operators through mid-market teams. Its tools let users enter assumptions such as current price, sales volume, inventory, competitor price, and channel fees, then model price, revenue, or volume outcomes. This makes it a fit for analysis and scenario planning rather than an operational pricing system that changes prices for you.
The suite covers several distinct pricing questions. Its elasticity simulator models revenue and volume changes from price and elasticity inputs; the dynamic pricing simulator models price responses to inventory, competitor prices, and demand factors. A channel pricing waterfall calculates required prices from costs, fees, shipping, marketing, discounts, and a target margin.
