Built for sales professionals and teams, Revo works with Gmail and Outlook to organize incoming mail and prepare responses. It labels messages by action or priority, surfaces threads that need attention, and drafts replies in the user’s voice. Connected conversations, CRM data and meeting notes provide context, while meeting follow-up emails extend the workflow beyond the inbox. Drafts stay pending until a user approves them, so the assistant supports review rather than unattended sending. Revo is available on the web, iOS, Android and as a Chrome extension.

Pricing is paid and billed annually. Starter costs $22.50 per seat per month and includes 6,000 AI credits monthly, email triage and replies in the user’s voice, plus unlimited meeting transcription, summaries and follow-ups. Professional costs $37.50 per seat per month, raises usage to 10,000 AI credits per seat pooled across the team, and adds team-wide action items, handoffs and multiple inboxes. Enterprise provides a custom credit allowance, SSO, SCIM, audit logs, custom integrations, REST APIs, an SLA and priority support. The published plans include a 14-day trial, with no free plan.

Revo’s ecosystem fits teams already working across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Intercom, Zendesk, LinkedIn, Front, Superhuman and other connected tools. Those integrations can supply the work context used in drafts and follow-ups, while Gmail and Outlook remain the supported inboxes. The product suits buyers who want triage, contextual drafting and meeting-related actions while keeping a person in control. Teams seeking automatic sending, a free tier or support beyond email should consider another assistant; advanced identity, audit and service-level requirements are concentrated in Enterprise.
