ReviewSense is a paid, web-based review management tool for restaurants, cafés, coffee shops, QSRs, franchises, and other multi-location operators. It brings reviews from Google, Facebook, and Trustpilot into a centralized dashboard, then adds AI-generated responses, approval queues, sentiment and topic analysis, alerts, reporting, routing, and automated review requests and follow-ups. Its core fit is a restaurant team that wants one place to monitor feedback, respond more consistently, and coordinate activity across locations.

Pricing is organized around usage and location scale. Starter costs $11.25 per month on annual billing and includes 50 AI responses per month, one location per platform, a maximum of two locations total, basic analytics, a consolidated dashboard, and one user. Pro costs $33.75 per month on annual billing, raises the allowance to 300 AI responses per month, supports three locations per platform and six total, and adds team collaboration and priority support. Enterprise costs $82.50 per month on annual billing, with unlimited AI responses and locations, team collaboration, all platforms plus priority new platforms, and a dedicated account manager. A seven-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan.

ReviewSense’s standout value is the combination of response automation and operational controls: teams can generate replies, route reviews by location, place responses in an approval queue, and receive negative-review or crisis alerts. Analytics, sentiment and topic analysis, and automated requests extend the workflow beyond replying to existing reviews. The trade-off is a narrow review-source footprint: Google, Facebook, and Trustpilot are the listed integrations, and Starter is capped at two locations total. Budget-conscious teams with a small footprint should find the core automation well matched; operators needing broader review coverage should look for a platform with more supported sources.
