ReviewJet is review management software for B2B SaaS teams that want to request, collect, organize and display customer reviews. It supports automated email and SMS sequences triggered by signup, closed deals or support events, along with direct review forms. Google, G2, Trustpilot and direct reviews can be aggregated, deduplicated across sources and published through carousel, wall-of-love and rating-badge widgets. The product runs on the web and connects with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Next.js, Framer, Squarespace and plain HTML.
Pricing is organized around request volume and collaboration needs. Starter costs $49 per month monthly or $24 per month annually, with unlimited reviews collected and displayed, up to 1,000 email and SMS requests per month, unlimited widgets, automated sequences and A/B templates. Plus costs $149 monthly or $74 monthly annually and raises the allowance to 5,000 requests, while adding up to 5 team seats, 5 workspaces, white-label widgets and conversion analytics. Pro costs $499 monthly or $249 monthly annually and includes unlimited requests, seats and workspaces, all review sources, priority support and dedicated onboarding. Enterprise adds GDPR DPA and data residency, security review, custom sources and integrations, and a dedicated customer success manager.
Its strongest fit is for teams that need more than a basic request form: ReviewJet combines source aggregation, cross-source deduplication, one-click moderation, minimum-rating filters, template testing and request, source and widget analytics. Plans are priced per account rather than per location, which suits centralized B2B SaaS review programs. Teams wanting AI-assisted review responses should look elsewhere, as the product has no AI features. Smaller teams should also compare the paid entry point with their expected request volume, while growing programs can benefit from the higher-tier workspaces, roles and support options.
