Our verdict on RevelPost
RevelPost is a web-based invitation service for birthdays, weddings, showers, parties, and other events. It combines AI-generated invitation designs with guest-list organization, RSVP pages, live host tracking, guest messaging, and automatic reminders. Hosts can share invitations by link or send them through email or SMS, while guest information can include dietary needs, plus-ones, and custom questions. It is suited to people who want digital invitations with structured event management and an option for printed cards or direct mail.
The pricing structure starts with a Free plan that includes AI-designed invitations, email, SMS, or link delivery, RSVPs, reminders, and guest messaging. Pro costs $4.99 per event and adds unlimited guests, RevelPost branding removal, gold foil, and an animated reveal. Pro Annual costs $28.99 per year and includes unlimited events for a year, unlimited guests, and branding removal. Print & mail is a separate option at $2.40 per card, with premium cotton and museum-board stock, real gold foil, addressing, and direct mail.
RevelPost’s strongest distinction is the combination of invitation creation and guest administration. Date and address verification, extraction from spreadsheets, email threads, and screenshots, plus live RSVP tracking reduce the need to manage those tasks separately. Its delivery options cover email, SMS, and links, and the service extends into physical mail when a printed invitation matters. The trade-off is a web-centered experience and a paid tier structure for unlimited guests and branding removal. Choose RevelPost for affordable event invitations that need RSVP workflows and print options; choose an alternative if your priority is a platform beyond the web or a plan without those paid-tier limits.
