It combines a branded self-service returns portal with return rules, refunds, size exchanges, store credit, shipping labels, tracking, analytics, and workflow automation. Its inspection-oriented damage-claim review and automatic restock-location assignment make it suited to merchants managing returns beyond the customer-facing portal.
