RestroMatrix brings purchasing, inventory, cash controls, attendance, payroll calculations and daily operating records into one restaurant-focused system. It is aimed at independent and small-chain Indian restaurants, cafés, QSRs, bars and cloud kitchens that need visibility into outlet costs and sales without replacing their existing POS. Owners, managers, cashiers, kitchen staff and store teams have role-specific workflows, and POS closing-report sales can be entered for reporting.

The Basic plan costs INR 3,999 per outlet per month or INR 47,988 per outlet annually. It includes purchase, inventory, attendance, payroll, operations and live numbers, with unlimited users, every role and video-call setup. Premium costs INR 7,999 per outlet monthly or INR 95,988 annually. It adds AI bill reading, competitor and review watch, and on-site setup and training. A 30-day free trial is offered without a card requirement, and the listed refund period is 7 days. Premium makes most sense for outlets that expect to benefit from bill-reading automation or in-person onboarding; Basic covers the core operational controls.

Its focus is oversight rather than full accounting: purchase requests, captured bills and vendor dues sit alongside stock movement, cash drawer discrepancy checks, food-cost and wastage tracking, and P&L figures. That breadth can help a small outlet connect day-to-day records with financial visibility. The product is available on web and Android, with email and phone support. However, it is described as a record-keeping and reporting tool, not accounting, tax or payroll-compliance advice. Restaurants needing compliance guidance or a replacement for customer billing should look elsewhere; outlets wanting operational controls alongside an existing POS are the clearer fit.

  • Where it doesn't
    • Basic starts at INR 3,999 per outlet monthly
    • Works alongside a POS rather than replacing customer billing
    • RestroMatrix says it is not accounting, tax or payroll-compliance advice
