Reputant review
Affordable Google and Facebook review management for small teams.

Reputant is a cloud-based review management and local marketing platform for small businesses, multi-location operators, and agencies. It brings Google Business Profile and Facebook recommendations into one inbox, while adding review requests, AI-assisted reply drafts, sentiment insights, local rank tracking, competitor monitoring, profile audits, and multi-location dashboards. The web platform also supports staff roles and CSV-based request campaigns.
Pricing is organized by location and billed monthly. Starter costs $29 per location per month and includes the unified review feed, email and text requests, AI reply drafts, a Google Business Profile audit, and daily competitor tracking. Growth costs $49 per location per month and adds QuickBooks and Clio triggers, an AI one-page website, 500 rank grid point checks per month, and 60 AI visibility checks per month. Pro costs $79 per location per month and raises those limits to 1,500 rank grid point checks and 180 AI visibility checks, while adding 500 AI reply drafts and 5,000 emails plus 600 texts per month. A seven-day trial is available without a card requirement.
Its ecosystem fit is strongest for teams already working with Google Business Profile, Facebook, QuickBooks, or Clio. Reputant also lists CSV import, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Stripe integrations. The focus remains narrow on Google and Facebook rather than a broader review-site network, and the absence of widgets limits website display options. Instant email or push alerts are not built yet; a daily email digest is in beta. Choose Reputant when those two review sources cover your needs and local visibility tools matter. Consider another platform if you need wider source coverage, embedded widgets, or real-time alerts.
