ReplyReview is review management software for local businesses, small and mid-sized companies, and agencies managing client locations. It brings reviews from Google, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, Facebook, Airbnb, Booking.com, Checkatrade, and ProductReview into a unified inbox. Teams can generate AI-assisted reply drafts for human approval, monitor sentiment and themes, receive negative-review alerts, request reviews by email or SMS, route unhappy customers to private feedback, and display reviews through a website widget.

The freemium structure gives small teams a way to start with the Free plan, which includes 10 AI replies per month and access to one platform. Starter costs £19.99 per month billed monthly and adds 200 AI replies for one platform. Growth costs £49.99 per month and includes 400 AI replies, three platforms, review requests, and sentiment analysis. Pro costs £79.99 per month with 2,000 AI replies, all platforms, and a website widget. Pro+ costs £99 per month with 3,000 AI replies, agency features, and up to 10 locations. Enterprise includes 10,000 AI replies, up to 30 locations, API access, an SLA, and a dedicated account manager. A 7-day trial is available.

Its main strength is breadth: ReplyReview combines response workflows, alerts through email, SMS, or Slack, review-request campaigns, analytics, competitor review monitoring, widgets, and location administration in one product. The web and API access support both standard team workflows and connected systems. The product fits teams that need more than reply drafting, especially agencies and businesses managing several platforms or locations. Smaller operators with one review source and low response volume may find the broader tiers unnecessary, while teams needing the Free plan should plan around its 10-reply monthly allowance.

ReplyReview pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Unified inbox across eight review platforms
    • AI reply drafts require human approval
    • Alerts, campaigns, sentiment, widgets, and agency tools
  • Where it doesn't
    • Free plan includes only 10 AI replies monthly
    • Free and Starter plans support one platform
    • Higher tiers are needed for multiple locations and agency features
