Replyco brings customer conversations from shops, marketplaces, email, social, and messaging channels into a shared e-commerce help desk. Shopify customer and order details appear alongside messages, giving merchants order context while responding. It suits small shops that want one inbox for support rather than separate channel queues, especially when they also need ticket assignment, prioritization, and a live chat widget. Web, iOS, and Android access supports teams handling conversations across devices.

Pricing is available through ticket-based and user-based plans, with a 7-day free trial and no free plan. The S ticket plan costs $9 per month and includes 50 tickets, with additional tickets at $0.32 each. M costs $49 monthly for 350 tickets, also at $0.32 per extra ticket; L costs $299 for 2,500 tickets, then $0.30 per extra ticket. User-based options list S at $65, M at $55, and L at $45 per user monthly. Shops should compare expected ticket volume with their team size before choosing a billing model, since the two structures price usage differently.

Its channel and workflow breadth is a strong fit for merchants selling through Shopify alongside marketplaces or social channels. Rules can assign, label, and prioritize tickets; templates can insert order data; and auto-responders, AI writing assistance, summaries, and categorization help organize responses. Reporting and team performance metrics add visibility into support work. However, the product does not include a knowledge base, so businesses seeking self-service help content will need another approach. Choose Replyco for order-aware, multi-channel inbox operations; consider a different tool if a built-in knowledge base is essential.
