Managers can collect rent by card, ACH, cash, or check, while tenants and owners receive dedicated portal access. Its broad coverage suits small, mid-market, and enterprise teams managing varied property types.
The published annual plans show three tiers. Starter costs $71.20 per month and includes online rent and fee payments, a tenant portal, maintenance management, accounting and reporting, rental applications and screening, and lease management. Pro costs $151.20 per month and adds advanced accounting and reporting, advanced maintenance management, budgeting, listings, and an AI Assistant available as an add-on.
