It brings property and unit records, digital lease creation and renewals, online rent collection, payment tracking, maintenance requests, staff and caretaker assignments, document storage, notifications, analytics, and role-based access into one cloud and mobile service. Its web, iOS, and Android availability makes it suited to solo, small, and mid-market property operations that need landlord and tenant workflows across devices.
Pricing is its clearest differentiator. The Property Management plan costs INR 0 per month and includes unlimited property units and beds, Razorpay rent collection, lease workflows, maintenance tracking, staff and caretaker management, and nine analytics modules.
