For independent landlords, Rentmark brings rent tracking, lease generation, tenant communication, maintenance, inspections, and accounting into one property-management service. It is aimed at owners managing their own rental units rather than third-party property managers. Tenants can use a browser-based portal to access leases and documents, pay rent, and report maintenance issues. The feature mix suits solo and small operators who want leasing and day-to-day tracking in one place, rather than a tool centered on outside property-management clients.
The published website plans use a single feature set: $19.99 per month or $199.90 per year, with unlimited properties, tenants, and leases on both. They include rent tracking and PDF receipts, a tenant portal, accounting and rental-yield reports, maintenance requests, and CSV export. Rentmark has no free plan or trial, and active application access requires a paid subscription.
