It is a focused operational system rather than a complete accounting suite.
Collections and owner operations are RentIQ’s clearest strengths. Residents can use a portal for payments, charges, documents, and communication, while managers can track balances, maintenance, inspections, and move-ins across a portfolio. Owner-facing workflows include distributions and statements, and multiple operational fund accounts support day-to-day financial administration.
