RentingSmart is a web-based property management platform for landlords managing their own residential rental properties. It brings together rent schedules, payment tracking, tenant invoices and receipts, expense records, tax reports, leases, documents and tenant communication. Its maintenance issue reporting and tenant portal add practical tools for day-to-day landlord and tenant coordination. The product is aimed at individual property investors and small portfolios rather than users seeking a broad, automated rent-collection service.
The plan structure is organized by capability. Starter includes rent and expense tracking, end-of-financial-year tax reports, tenant reminder notices and tenant login. Grower adds cash-flow reports by date or tax category, forms and document storage, a cloud-based platform, emailed rent receipts and bond information storage.
