Rentec Direct is cloud-based property management software for landlords, investors, and professional property managers. It combines property, tenant, and owner ledger accounting with online rent collection, tenant and owner portals, maintenance work orders, tenant screening, leasing documents, vacancy marketing, and mobile access. The platform is designed for portfolios ranging from a single rental to several thousand units, with separate Starter, Pro, and PM editions for different operating needs.
Pricing is straightforward across the three monthly plans. Rentec Starter costs $25 per month and includes a flat monthly rate, accounting and reporting, online rent payments, free setup and onboarding, and support for up to 10 properties and tenants. Rentec Pro costs $50 per month and adds free online rent payments plus mobile apps for landlords and tenants. Rentec PM also costs $50 per month and includes everything in Pro, along with marketing and maintenance managers, owner payments via ACH, and trust account management and reporting.
