Our verdict on Rentalize
Rentalize is a property management platform for letting agents, property management companies, housing associations, approved housing bodies, local authorities, developers and landlords. It brings together tenancy lifecycle management, lease generation, RTB and regulatory compliance tracking, online rent collection, arrears reporting, maintenance requests, contractor dispatch, property accounting, document management and portfolio analytics. Tenant and contractor portals support self-service workflows, while the platform is available on web, iOS, Android and API. Its focus is especially relevant to Irish and UK housing operations, with features for scheme workflows and automated bank-based rent collection.
Pricing is structured across four tiers. Essential costs €199 per month or €1,990 per year and includes property, tenancy and compliance management, rent collection, invoicing, arrears, portals, the full BI suite, the compliance engine and Talia. Growth costs €695 per month or €6,950 per year, adding a full landlord portal, client money accounts, virtual IBANs, Xero sync, GoCardless Direct Debit, dispatch, projects, rostering and events. Professional costs €2,450 per month or €24,500 per year, adding case management for arrears, ASB and disrepair, statutory notices, letter generation, Open Banking reconciliation, affordability tools and dual-party e-signing. Enterprise adds an unlimited portfolio, REST API, white-label branding, dedicated account management and onboarding, with custom pricing.
The main strength is breadth: Rentalize covers compliance, finance, maintenance, signing, reporting and stakeholder access in one system, with integrations for Xero, GoCardless and Open Banking. The AI assistant adds another layer for property-management tasks. That breadth makes it a fit for larger portfolios with varied operational and compliance requirements, especially teams that need structured workflows across web and mobile. Smaller landlords or teams seeking a low-cost, narrowly focused tool may find the entry price and higher-tier costs difficult to justify.
