RemitONE is a money-transfer platform for banks, money-transfer operators, fintechs, telecom firms and start-ups. Its engine handles routing, commissions, fees and multi-currency management across 179 countries. Customer and operational tools cover online registration, beneficiaries, transactions, mobile remittance, branches, agents and super-agents. The platform also supports cash collection, account, home-delivery, prepaid-card and e-wallet transactions, giving operators a broad set of payout and channel options.

Plans follow a contact-sales model. Standard Edition is a fully hosted platform for online, mobile, over-the-counter and agent-based remittance. Professional Edition adds a hosted scalable environment, integrated compliance management, agent hierarchy and transaction lifecycle management. Enterprise Edition adds high-availability hosting, disaster recovery, full compliance and lifecycle monitoring, a dedicated account manager and 24/7 support. The separate Sale Licence provides on-premise deployment, enterprise-level functionality and unlimited transactions.

RemitONE fits organizations that need agent-network controls, digital wallets and detailed compliance workflows alongside customer-facing channels. Its integration surface includes banks, money-transfer operators, payment gateways and acquirers, airtime providers, ID-verification providers and Digit9, with API and FTP connections available. Web, API, cloud and self-hosted deployment support a range of operating models. Teams needing built-in KYC, AML, sanctions-list, identity and volume or velocity checks can consolidate those controls in one platform. Organizations that require built-in AI should consider alternatives, since RemitONE does not include AI features. Those needing on-premise operation must select the Sale Licence rather than the hosted editions.
