Relution is a unified endpoint and mobile device management platform for businesses, schools, public authorities, healthcare organizations, and NGOs. It manages smartphones, tablets, laptops, computers, and interactive whiteboards across Apple, Android, Windows, Linux, and ChromeOS environments. For Mac management, its capabilities include device inventory, centralized configuration, application distribution, policy management, content deployment, compliance monitoring, reporting, remote lock, and remote wipe. The platform is available through the web and supports cloud or self-hosted deployment.

The Free plan is shared cloud or on premises, supports up to five devices, and is unlimited in time. The Cloud plan is delivered as software as a service, with shared-server or dedicated-server options. The On Premises plan runs in the customer’s infrastructure and supports Linux and Docker. Published plan details show that the paid tiers add deployment choices rather than a simple time-limited trial structure. Relution therefore fits buyers who need a small, continuing deployment or want to assess its management model across several endpoint types before considering a paid option.

Relution’s strongest distinction is breadth across platforms and enrollment workflows. Automated enrollment is available through Apple DEP, Apple Business Manager, Android Zero Touch, Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment, and Windows Autopilot. Directory and identity integrations include Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, and OpenID Connect, while REST API support provides an additional integration path. Kiosk mode, shared-device management, managed content, compliance dashboards, and an enterprise app store extend its scope beyond basic Mac configuration. Choose Relution when one system must cover macOS and other device categories; a Mac-only team that needs a narrowly focused tool may prefer a more specialized option.

Relution pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Time-unlimited free plan with shared cloud or on-premises deployment
    • Manages macOS alongside iOS, Android, Windows, Linux, and ChromeOS
    • Enrollment, policies, apps, content, compliance, reporting, lock, and wipe
  • Where it doesn't
    • Free plan supports up to five devices
    • Cloud and On Premises paid prices require a request
    • Broad UEM scope may exceed the needs of Mac-only deployments
