Registrum is a cloud accounting and job-management product from Australian vendor Registrum Pty Ltd. Its nonprofit features are aimed at organizations that need to separate restricted and unrestricted funds, track grant projects against budgets, and prepare ACNC-aligned reports. It also includes double-entry accounting, bank reconciliation, donor records, invoicing, payroll exports and inventory, making it a broader financial operations tool rather than a fund-accounting-only product. The published product description says it runs in a modern browser and can be installed as a Progressive Web App; platforms listed include web, iOS, Android and API.
Fund accounting capabilities are the clearest reason for a nonprofit to consider Registrum. Grant project codes support budget-versus-actual tracking, while financial reporting includes profit-and-loss, balance-sheet, cash flow and trial balance reports. Donor records include donation history and follow-ups. These sit alongside budgets and a double-entry ledger, which may suit smaller organizations that want fund tracking connected to day-to-day bookkeeping. The listed integrations are Stripe, Telegram, Mapbox, Resend and Basiq; an API is included on the Business plan. Nonprofits seeking a dedicated grants-management system should assess whether these accounting-centered tools cover their workflows.
Registrum has paid plans and a 14-day trial, with no free plan. The published plans show Starter at AUD 8.95 per month with monthly billing; Jobs Management at AUD 35 per month billed annually or AUD 40.95 monthly; Professional at AUD 79 annually billed or AUD 92 monthly; and Business at AUD 129 annually billed or AUD 151 monthly. Professional adds payroll and STP reporting, journals, budgets and bills, while Business adds multi-user roles, API access, automations and an accountant portal. Email support is listed. Registrum is a plausible fit for Australian nonprofits wanting bookkeeping and fund tracking in one cloud product; organizations needing a standalone, narrowly focused grant platform may prefer to compare alternatives.
