Our verdict on RecTimes

RecTimes is web-based facility management software for operators handling rentals at ice rinks, fields, courts, pools and gymnasiums. It combines online availability and booking requests with repeat bookings, overlap checks and booking management. The fit is clearest for facilities that need to coordinate rentals and keep related invoices, agreements and customer communications together, rather than software centered on membership or league operations.

Rental scheduling is the product's core: customers can view availability, while operators can manage repeat bookings and calendars across multiple venues. Booking-linked invoicing and payment recording, online team agreements, and email and SMS notifications extend that workflow. Reports cover bookings and invoices, with PDF and spreadsheet export, and email marketing can reach customer lists. The platform is cloud-based and web-accessible; email and phone support are listed, as is PCI DSS compliance.
