Reconcile.ly review
A focused, low-cost Shopify accounting connector for ecommerce settlement data.
Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026
Reconcile.ly connects Shopify with Xero and QuickBooks for merchants and accounting professionals managing ecommerce settlement accounting. It exports Shopify orders and payouts, handles refunds and credit notes, accounts for fees, shipping and gift-card income, and creates summarized payout invoices. The web-based service is designed for businesses that want Shopify transaction data organized for accounting rather than a broad, general-purpose reconciliation environment.
Pricing is based on monthly order volume. Starter costs $9 per month monthly or $8 per month annually and includes 100 orders per month, summarized payout invoices and email support. Standard costs $29 monthly or $24 annually for 400 orders, adds live chat and gift-card support, and does not include multi-currency support. Pro costs $49 monthly or $41 annually for 800 orders and adds multi-currency support. Unlimited costs $99 monthly or $83 annually and removes the monthly order cap while retaining live chat, gift-card and multi-currency support. There is no free plan.
Its strongest fit is a Shopify store already working in Xero or QuickBooks and needing payout-focused accounting treatment. Account and invoice mapping, gateway exclusion rules, refund handling and real-time invoice synchronization give the product useful control over ecommerce settlement data. The trade-off is its narrow focus: businesses seeking extensive matching, exception, approval or certification workflows should consider a broader reconciliation product. Shopify sellers with straightforward order volumes can start with Starter, while stores handling multiple currencies or higher volumes need Pro or Unlimited.
