Realite is cloud property management software for property investors, property managers and brokers. It brings together building, tenant, landlord, contact and document data, while supporting rent and cost tracking, financial reporting, maintenance requests, tenant portals, contract management and rental workflows. Its audience ranges from solo landlords to enterprise teams, with tools for both ongoing property administration and the process of finding and onboarding tenants.
Pricing is structured around a free entry point and two paid product areas. The Free plan costs €0 per month and includes online delivery of rental lists and basic functionalities. Management starts at €7.50 per month, includes all software functionalities of the property management solution, supports private or professional use and includes a 14-day free trial. Rental costs €124.99 per month and adds external-platform listings, lead processing, contract creation and signing, deliveries and inspections. The pricing page also states a 10% annual discount. This structure suits landlords who want to start small, while teams needing dedicated rental workflows should account for the separate higher-priced plan.
