RealEye is a cloud-based browser research platform for universities, agencies, enterprises, research teams, and digital product teams. It uses webcam-based eye tracking to measure attention while participants view images, videos, live websites, mockups, static and dynamic ads, billboards, or social-media-style feeds. Researchers can run randomized A/B tests, define areas of interest, collect survey responses, assess neutral, happy, and surprised facial expressions, and track mouse, click, keystroke, and screen interactions. RealEye also offers participant panel recruitment for studies that need sourced respondents.
Pricing is organized around study volume, participant allowances, and study duration. Basic costs $325 per month with annual billing or $390 per month with monthly billing. Both versions include unlimited study count, 20 own participants per month, studies up to 3 minutes, eye-tracking, facial coding and surveys modules, and an online analytics dashboard. Standard costs $825 per month with annual billing or $990 per month with monthly billing. It raises the included allowance to 300 own participants per month, extends single studies to 10 minutes, and adds CSV data export. Custom supports more than 300 own participants per month, studies up to 60 minutes, API data export, custom license periods, team collaboration, and white-label options. A seven-day trial is available.
The platform’s strongest fit is for teams that need more than a simple ad comparison: heatmaps, fixation and gaze analysis, attention metrics, facial coding, surveys, and interaction data are available within the research workflow. It connects with external survey tools, Qualtrics, EEG and other external systems, while selected licenses provide CSV or API exports. Advertising teams should note that the workflow tests platform mockups or HTML copies rather than live third-party social platforms. Choose RealEye for browser-based behavioral and creative research across multiple stimulus types; choose an alternative if direct live-platform testing or a lower entry price is essential.
