ReadKit review
A capable Apple-only reader with strong offline, search, and aggregator support.

ReadKit is a native RSS and read-later application for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. It suits readers who want one place for feeds, saved articles, and content from supported aggregator or bookmarking services. Its built-in RSS engine supports RSS, Atom, and JSON feeds, while organization tools cover feeds, folders, tags, and smart folders. ReadKit also includes full-text reader mode, offline reading with image caching, article search, background synchronization, OPML import and export, and sharing through extensions, email, and other apps.
The plan structure follows a freemium model. The free tier supports essential functionality and limits the built-in RSS service to 20 feeds. Premium Monthly and Premium Annual include premium features with universal access on supported platforms. Premium Lifetime Universal provides premium features for iOS and macOS, while Premium Lifetime iOS and Premium Lifetime macOS target one platform each. Premium adds capabilities such as unlimited feeds, multiple accounts, and advanced organization. Buyers should compare the subscription and lifetime options against how many devices and feeds they expect to use.
Integration breadth is a central reason to choose ReadKit. It connects with BazQux, Feedbin, Feedly, Fever, FreshRSS, Inoreader, Miniflux, NewsBlur, The Old Reader, Tiny Tiny RSS, Instapaper, Pocket, Pinboard, and Wallabag. That combination makes it a fit for Apple users who already rely on one or more supported services and want native reading, caching, search, and sharing around them. It is a weaker fit for users who need Android, Windows, or web access, or for readers whose free use exceeds 20 feeds. Those users should consider a reader with broader platform coverage.
