Rasa Fit review
A free Android tracker for logging Indian meals by voice or text, with personalized targets and coaching.

Rasa Fit is an Android calorie and macro tracking app centered on Indian meals. It is suited to people who want to describe meals in natural language rather than search and select each food item, and who want calorie and macro targets tailored to biometrics and goals. The app tracks calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat and fibre, alongside weight and water. Its free, ad-free offering also includes daily personalized AI coaching notes and a 90-day view of food and progress.
Meal logging is the product’s defining strength: users can type or speak a meal, then review the foods and quantities parsed by AI. Meal templates help with re-logging regular meals, while custom foods and manual macro entry provide another way to record items. The app also separates home-cooked and restaurant meal tracking. Its database is described as containing more than 500 Indian whole foods, giving the product a focused food scope rather than broad coverage claims. This approach may suit people whose meals are difficult to represent with generic entries, provided the parsed results match what they ate.
The published offering is free and ad-free, with no paid tier described. Barcode scanning is not available, so shoppers who rely on scanning packaged foods may prefer an app with that feature. Rasa Fit is Android-only, and email is its listed support channel. Its focus on Indian meals, voice or text logging and personalized coaching makes it a fit for individual users who want those specific tools without a subscription. People who need barcode-based entry or use a platform other than Android should look elsewhere.
