Rapise is Inflectra’s test automation platform for teams testing web, mobile, desktop, APIs, mainframes and enterprise applications. It supports web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android and API targets, giving organizations a broad hybrid testing scope. The product combines record-and-playback automation, scriptless testing through Rapise Visual Language, JavaScript scripting, data-driven tests using Excel or SQL, and AI-assisted generation from natural-language or manual scenarios. It is suited to teams that need both accessible authoring and deeper control through an IDE, debugger and extensible scripting.
Pricing favors organizations with an established automation budget. The Single Cloud plan costs $332.09 per month and includes one floating developer license plus unlimited execution licenses. The 3-License Cloud plan costs $885.59 per month and includes two to three floating developer licenses with unlimited execution licenses. Other cloud editions cover four to five or six to ten floating developer licenses, also with unlimited execution licenses. A 30-day free trial is available, while the product does not offer a free plan. Cloud hosting and downloadable on-premise software provide two deployment paths; on-premise purchases include one year of support and updates, with annual renewal listed.
Rapise stands out when a team needs coverage beyond browser checks. Self-healing tests and object management can help maintain automation, while cross-browser execution supports Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox. Mobile testing uses Appium, and scheduled or distributed execution runs through SpiraTest. CI/CD workflows can connect through command line tools, Jenkins, Azure DevOps and pipeline tools, with integrations including GitHub Actions, Docker, Selenium WebDriver, JMeter, NeoLoad, LambdaTest, BrowserStack and Testery. Choose Rapise for mixed application estates and teams that value JavaScript extensibility; a narrower web-only team may find its breadth and subscription cost unnecessary.
