RapidP2P is a cloud-based, modular procure-to-pay platform from Efficiency Leaders, founded in 2009. It is aimed at finance and procurement teams, particularly mid-market and enterprise organizations managing invoice and purchasing workflows. Its RapidAP module captures invoices by email or scan, extracts data with OCR, matches invoices against purchase orders and receipts, and routes them for approval. Other modules cover purchase order creation and approval, vendor onboarding, and a portal where vendors can view invoice and payment status.
The workflow spans more than invoice intake: teams can configure approval routing and exception handling, track invoice status, and retain audit logs. Vendor onboarding includes data collection, compliance checks, and approvals. The platform supports multiple entities and is positioned for organizations with complex workflows and multiple locations. These capabilities make it a fit when procurement controls and invoice handling need to connect.
